Sameena Mustafa (she/her/hers) uses the lessons of her run for Congress to advise progressive candidates and nonprofits. She recently launched a study on the impact of violence and harassment on AAPI women candidates and electeds with support from the Rutgers Center for American Women and Politics and Pivotal Ventures.
A published cultural critic, essayist, and poet, Sameena has acted and performed stand-up comedy from coast to coast, receiving rave reviews for producing Chicago’s top political comedy collective. A Northwestern University graduate and 2022 Anaphora Arts Fellow, she now resides in Los Angeles.
